  • 1i. Between leading in your patrol and leading for your Scout Group/Community, what are some of the differences?
  • 1ii. Other than the scale of the event, what else have increased in the planning that is required?
  • 1iii. What are some things that you have learnt from this that can be applied to your future life journey?

Competencies

  • Social Development
    Scouts will be able to dive deeper into the proposal they have done and further understand more about the roles in a planning committee.
  • Intellectual Development
    Scouts will be able to progressively build up on the proposal that was done for the previous activity and further improve their proposal.
  • Character Development
    Scouts will be able to recognize their strengths and weaknesses through the planning of the event they have chosen.
  • Emotional Development
    Scouts will be able to express their thoughts and feelings through the proposal they have done. Scouts will also be able to be confident of their proposal and understands the thought process behind their proposal.
